Nonfired Snows
These nontoxic, nonfired self-sealing snows produce realistic snow and textured effects
over finished pieces decorated with nonfired
products and on already fired glaze surfaces.
Nonfired Snow has a smooth, marshmallow-cream consistency. Glittering Nonfired Snow
with fine glitter particles has a consistency of whipped cream. Icicle Snow contains
pearlescent flakes and creates a billowy texture.
In addition to ceramic surfaces, nonfired
snow products can be used on wood, plastic, glass, Styrofoam®, baskets, grapevine
wreaths and more.
| Quik-Crackle™ Quik-Crackle is a nontoxic, water-soluble medium used between two nonfired water-based colors to create an antiqued wood or aged pottery look. |

| Old World Crackle Old World Crackle Step 1 (AS 979) and Step 2 (AS 980) are nontoxic formulas that used together give a deep and uniform crackle over an acrylic surface, resulting in a unique “old world” crackle look. |

Thin ’n Shade® Thin ’n Shade (AS 957) is a water-based medium for use with any water-based ceramic colour, fired or nonfired product. It extends drying time of colours so they remain workable longer, therefore it is a wonderful product for decorative painters. It is also a purer thinning agent in areas where water systems contain contaminants that may affect ceramic color results. |

Prep-Coat Prep-Coat (AS 960) is a nontoxic, water-based primer for ceramic bisque, plaster and other craft surfaces. Prep-Coat evens out the surface, covering both soft and hard spots, and is colored to resemble the color of cone 04 bisque for smoother application and better adherence of colors. |
