Create unique ware with Duncan® Crystals Glazes™! These specialty glazes create multicolored bursts and specks when fired. No two items can ever look the same.
With Crystals Glazes, color crystals move throughout the glaze during firing. Each result depends on the size of the crystal, slope of the ware and temperature of the fire.
They can also be combined with Duncan Envision Glazes to create a multitude of different results. If you love playing with glazes you need to try these. We love them at JMD Crafts. For the best results do not place the crystals on the bottom third of your ware as the crystals run down during firing.
